Tail Tracker came to life as a result of our founder falling in love with a rescue pup. Coming from a family who only ever had pedigreed dogs, adopting a rescue was never on her radar. Through a series of very fortunate events, Ozzy, one of an abandoned litter of four, and the one who was overlooked, crawled into the hearts of an entire family.
Our founder convinced her mother to adopt a rescue, and so, the search was on. With the various shelters using so many different platforms to share pictures and profiles of their rescues, it seemed almost impossible to find the perfect pup to meet her mother’s specific criteria.
So many animals at shelters never get found by their perfect family, not because there are not enough people looking to adopt, but because it’s so difficult to search on so many different platforms.
